Ingredients
- @nodoathome Best Ever Banana Bread Mix
- 2 Bananas (ripe)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup oil of choice
- 4 tsp Almond butter
- 3/4 cup Almonds
Method
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas
- Add in the eggs and oil. Mix until combined
- Add in 1 bag of the Banana Bread Mix and mix until combined
- Line a bread tin with baking paper and pour in half the Banana Bread mix
- Add in the almond butter and lightly swirl around
- Layer the rest of the banana bread mix
- Sprinkle the almonds on top and lightly mix them into the blend
- Bake for 45 mins, or until golden brown and firm to touch
